As explained above total micro credit system involves the disbursement of small loans without requiring collateral. That is why, Branch loan monitoring or Portfolio is a major part of this software. It provides full information for loan monitoring and savings information for borrower. Two monthly basis loan collections sheet i.e. loan repayment schedule can print from system so that center manger can avoid manual collection sheet easily It includes following services:

a) Loan Management (Daily process)
b) Daily Loan Disbursement: Entry of all loans disbursed in a day. Bank lends money to a particular members (or, borrower) on a particular purpose.
c) Daily Loan Collection : Entry of all payments of loan installments by the members in a day.
d) Daily Savings Collection : Entry of all savings collection from members in a day.
e) Savings Withdrawal : Entry of all Savings withdrawal amount performed in a day.


Deposit Banking

a) Non Members : Non members’ all information including centers’.
b) Savings accounts opening : Non members’ savings accounts opening.
c) Opening Balance Entry : For entering the current balance of non members’ savings account during new Branch Computerization.
d) Cheque receives/Clearing : Details of those have been sent for checking the acceptance.
e) Cheque issue : Details of issuing Cheques.
f) Deposit : Details of Non members deposited money, account, transaction type, etc.
g) Withdrawal : Details of Non members’ withdrawal money, account, transaction type, etc.



Payroll

This module keeps all types of Payroll processing information. It provides salary and advance against salary for branch staff. Salary sheet and other advance schedule can print. Reports like Increment and Promotion due etc comes from the system. Total PF (Provident Fund) systems are included in this module.

a) Department : Details of Department.
b) Designation : Details of Employee Designation.
c) Salary Scale : Enter details of employee salary scale which includes salary basic, increment, effective date etc.
d) House Rent Setup : Enter details of House Rent-Minimum Basic Salary, House Rent Rate and Work area.
e) Staff Current Position : Details of Employees’ current position.

g) Other Allowance : Details of Other Allowance-Type, Staff ID, Date, etc.
h) Adjustment Plus : Adjustment details of employee.

Inventory

It Keeps store information used by the Branch office of Grameen Bank. Non integrated inventory system is difficult to reconcile with accounting system. Accounted value and store value can be dissimilar. It strongly follows Material Received and Store requisition system. So it is easily to control both accounts and store department’s activity. Due integration store balance will never dissimilar

Fixed Asset

It Keeps information of fixed asset used by the Branch office of Grameen Bank. Automatic depreciation of assets has done as per rule.

Accounting

The accounting module is more powerful than previous versions-because it collects all transactions of other modules related to accounting through an automated process. So it reduces time for data entry such one operator can input data about 1500 borrower in one hour. Daily voucher collection procedure is automatically produced by the system.
